Please join us for our exciting Auction, Dinner and Annual Meeting at the historic Patty Jewett Clubhouse. The golf course is the third oldest west of the Mississippi and the clubhouse is a welcoming and comfortable venue for us.
Enjoy a drink from the cash bar and make your silent bids at our exciting auction of unique items, many with special appeal to gardeners. Then, enjoy a wonderful buffet dinner and our annual meeting including a report to the members and trustee election followed by a fascinating lecture.
Our honored speaker this year is the knowledgeable and charismatic Carey Harrington who has a long background with HAS and Friends of Monument Valley Park. Her presentation is titled Monument Valley Park: General Palmer’s Greatest Gift to Colorado Springs.

Donations for the Silent Auction
Each year we solicit donations of goods, services, and gift certificates from local businesses and our membership. You can drop off your donations for the silent auction at the Demonstration Garden, 222 Mesa Road, any Tuesday or Thursday in September or October, from 9:00 until Noon. Please look in the garden for the HAS Gardener or volunteers for assistance in unloading. If the weather isn’t nice enough for gardening work, you can find the gardener and volunteers at the HAS Cottage, next to the City Greenhouses, 224 Mesa Road. Please ring the doorbell or knock loudly.
